Membership Criteria

By sharing resources, career openings, insights, and celebrating each other’s wins, we unite ambitious climate-minded professionals and give them access to a trusted network of peers, mentors, and leaders tackling similar challenges in the climate economy.

Act on Climate welcomes members from diverse backgrounds across the climate ecosystem. To qualify for membership, applicants should:

Have 0–2+ years of experience, involvement, or demonstrated interest in the climate space.
Show genuine enthusiasm for joining a community built on learning, growing, and connecting with others.
Be emerging leaders who are beginning to shape solutions and contribute to progress within their areas of interest or expertise.
Demonstrate commitment to community by engaging with peers, sharing opportunities, offering support, and participating in Act on Climate events and initiatives.
Bring a passion for adding value whether through insights, resources, or encouragement to fellow members navigating their climate careers and impact journeys.
